Objective and Timelines
The overall project results are expected to lead to the further commercialization of the CarbonSaver™ technology and the emergence of Atlantic Hydrogen as a leader in clean energy technology development.
- validating the CarbonSaver™ technology at commercial pressures and flow rates
- Characterizing the quality and value of the extracted carbon black
- Development of a business commercialization strategy
Timelines – The Demonstration Project will be completed in 4 phases:
- Phase 1 scheduled to be completed in April 2009 will focus on characterizing the carbon and demonstrating low volume pressure measurements of 150PSI.
- Phase 2 will complete the scale design process for the new model
- Phase 3 will design and manufacture a CarbonSaver™ system based on the results of Phase 2
- Phase 4 will deploy and demonstrate the new system.
